We are long-term investors in stable and growing industries. An exit perspective is not a primary investment consideration.
We invest equity capital in profitable companies; this is our core business. Under specific circumstances we are willing to purchase bank debts owed by companies with a solid future earnings perspective.
We invest without a specific industry focus in manufacturing, retail and services. However we exclude the following industries: biotech, complex software development, real estate and commodity exploration; we further exclude industries that are highly regulated and start up investments.
The team has extensive and comprehensive experience investing in medium sized companies; we understand the specific needs, opportunities and challenges of medium sized companies ("Mittelstand"). Our final investment decisions are taken by the management board without unnecessary delays.
