Our current investment vehicles are Grünwald Equity Beteiligungs GmbH, Grünwald Equity Partners GmbH and Grünwald Equity Holding GmbH.
Our shareholders are reputable institutional and private investors and the Grünwald Equity Team - we generally participate with 30% to 40% of the equity invested in each transaction.
For larger transactions we are free to invite additional investors.
The preparation and the execution of a transaction as well as the monitoring and support of the portfolio companies is handled through Grünwald Equity Management GmbH.
