Ideally a company should fulfill the following investment criteria:
- Revenues ranging between € 10 million and € 200 million.
- Established company with a stable business model, which has operated in its respective market for at least 5 years.
- Solid market position with a sustainable competitive advantage, e.g. through unique products or services, technological leadership, strong brand or low cost position.
- Sound relationships to suppliers and customers; no excessive customer or supplier concentration.
- Clearly identifiable potential for growth and value enhancement.
- Experienced and motivated management team committed to the long-term success of the company (if replacement or additional management is required this can be provided through the Grünwald Equity network).
