From 2004 to 2005 Mr. Moy worked as a consultant for Flakeboard Company Ltd, the largest producer of particle- and fibre board in North America. At Flakeboard he was responsible for due diligence leading up to the largest investment in the companies history. After completing his studies in 2001, Mr. Moy worked for Cynobia AG, Munich an internet service company specialized in Content Management and online CRM. He was invited to co-invest and took on the role of COO with responsibility for the restructuring and reorientation of the company as well as for new product development, sales and project management. In addition to its core business Cynobia AG founded and operated Germanys most successful dating website (neu.de). During his tenure the company was transformed from a loss making internet business to a thriving service provider. Mr. Moy holds a degree in business studies as well as an MBA (University of Buckingham).
